Sessions last for 50 minutes and are offered weekly on the same day and at the same time to suit your availability.
My work is based on Person Centred theory which means that the sessions are tailored around the child.
Some children may find it difficult to talk about how they are feeling so I use many other ways of working, like sand tray, arts and crafts, working with stones, and postcards.
